A few days ago Walmart was selling Reese's for 33 cents each. I thought that was amazing but today I saw that they're down to 24 cents. I read the book "The Wal-Mart Effect" so I know a little bit about how Wal-Mart manipulates the economy and all that, but 24 CENTS?? Do they even make any money off of that?

it is probably a non returnable item to the vendor. It is either sell it for chaep or toss it out as it gets close to outdated.
