"Nothing" is the correct it two ways.

For MOST uses of the word --esp to ask questions-- there IS no antonym (opposite).

But when it is used with the sense of "anything" or even "everything" --as in "I will do whatever he tells me to." a proper antonym would, in fact be the word "nothing"!

"what" is one of those words without an antonym.
I would guess "that" though because if someone asks "what?"
you say "that"

That. "What" asks for something. "That" tells you exactly what it is.
