you are taking about things mentioned in the link above. Yes they are there. Why? The animators and voice actors were having fun.
Many people know about them and go back to the movie to find them.

there is one rumor that is true. While work on the Little Mermaid an artist got fired so as revenge he drew in a penis on the art cover of the video release of the Little Mermaid. Disney issued instant recalls and issued out new video cover Version. We happened to of gotten our copy before this news came out. So we looked at our Little Mermaid video cover case and sure enough. It was drawn into the King Triton's castle in the background. This was on the news and everything. I believe this is what started it all.

Children are easy to corrupt, so Disney has an advantage. It's funny though because I watched all of the movies as a kid (I loved them) and I turned out to be really innocent.

Sometimes animators do it as a joke without Disney's knowledge, and sometimes its just rumor. Can't believe everything you read on the internet.

It's easy to do these things with computers today. What you see is what some wackos are doing with innocent pictures or cartoons to create a sensation. Disney doesn't do it -- someone is doing it with Disney cartoons to get a rise out of people.
