Although it may be argued that there are a lack of similiarities between the novels, there is more evidence of similiarities between them. Independence, judgements of others, and a quest to find love justify the similiarities intervening the two novels.

Although it may be argued that there are few if any similarities between the novels, there are actually several: Independence, judgments of others, and a quest to find love are the major similarities between the two novels.

(I corrected a couple of misspelled words--"judgment" has only one E in American spelling, and "similarities" has only four I's, not five.)

It can be argued that there are major differences between the novels, but there are some similarities. Both novels contain themes of independence, judement, and a quest to find love.

change the "are lack of similarities" to "is a lack..." Also instead of saying "more evidence" you might want to say "there is supplementary evidence," or if you want something even more simple, you could say " there is greater evidence." Other than that sounds good!!
