yes there are two ways
first one:get a program lik idump, ipod copy ect
second way:do it yourself
1. Connect the iPod to your PC. If iTunes starts syncing (ie erasing) your music automatically, hit the X in the upper right hand corner of iTunes display, to the left of the search box, to stop it.
2. In Control Panel, Portable Media Devices, double-click your iPod.
3. In the Tools menu -> Options, in the View Tab, check "Show hidden files and folders."
4. Navigate to the Music folder. On my 2nd gen 'pod, the full path is
Portable Media Devices\(your name)IPOD (F:)\iPod_Control\Music
5. Select all the music folders, and drag and drop them into a folder on your hard drive, or directly into iTunes.
And you're done!

ok so im editing this becuase you dont have an ipod.i think itll be the same kinda just ignore the syncing part you dont have itunes.if it syncs with any other program cancel it.keep following the steps until the 2 one.it should be a name for your mp3 device or serial number im not sure its still under media portable devices(mp3 name/ type)(F:)\mp3_Control\Music
now continue with the final step and transfer the files to what ever you use for the mp3.im not sure its the same but try it it should be similar.
