Many people have strong views on subjects they know nothing about so why do people refuse to listen to reason.

When I have no idea about a subject, I say nothing more than admitting I don't know. People refuse to listen to reason, because in their mind, THEIR views are the reasonable ones. I

Reason gets in the way.
No one wants to admit that their knowledge on holistic rhinoplasty is not up to snuff, so they will lie, rather than say they must pass.

search for facts.. that is how I know something is true.. and don't listen to rumors... only facts?
