im 13 5ft 4 and 120 pds what size of snow board should i get - im thinking a 156?

Honestly, that board is too long for you. I'm 5'11 and 190lb and my short board is a 158 - and it is long enough for all but the deepest powder days.

The board that will work the best for you depends on your weight and what type of riding you are going to do (park or freeride/all mountain). Try this snowboard size calculator - it also gives some really good recommendations on what boards would suit your riding style:

A rough guess not knowing your riding preference or skill level would be 145cm - maybe a little longer board if you are still growing - that would make learing more difficult if you are still growing.

My favorite brands are Ride, K2 and Burton for all mountain. I don't really ride the park much, but there I would say Lib Tech, Forum and K2.
