It means that you have achieved/succeeded a lot over the past several months as you enjoyed the particular activity very much and you spent a lot of time doing this study.

Dedicated means to be devoted to - to have conscientiously applied oneself to a task or cause.

Edit - For some reason I focussed on the one word that you capitalized. "Accomplished" is a complimentary way of saying that you have done something.

achieved a lot. quite a compliment if you got that one from your boss, teacher, etc.... dedicated means to be very on it, like dedicated to it means to be very close to it. so if you got this, good for you!
