No, such a number of of ( Dem & Rep ! ) does not be allowed to vote beings IQ numbers and tests recommend no longer something & judging by using the individuals and Questions in YA's ( Dem or Rep ! ) few human beings would desire to or might pass or maybe have an ratable IQ !

Perhaps not an IQ test, but, atleast a working knowledge of how politics work, and, history.....
REALLY- you should be passing a test before you have children. It's frightening -the incompetent parents out there!
