I'd like to apply for MFA programs in creative writing within the next couple of years. Who should be writing my letters of recommendation? Most programs websites don't specify.

It should be noted that I am familiar with the submission process and I am in fact already a published writer. Most graduate programs say to submit a letter of recommendation from a faculty member in such and such a field. Most MFA programs don't specifiy that at all.

Ideally, the recommendations should be written by professors who can attest to your writing talent. If you can get at least one from a professor or adminstrator who can also speak for your overall academic ability and good habits, so much the better. You'll probably also be asked to submit samples of your creative writing, so start thinking now about which pieces you'll use. Pieces that were published in a campus literary magazine would be especially good choices.

For creative writing, get a letter from your English teacher.
