I started out using Y/A with a question my brother and I was having dispute on. I got to checking the Y/A answers out during break time at work, then to break the monotony when cleaning house and need a break, and when there is nothing worth watching on T.V. In other words it breaks boredom. I find it fun and also helpful.

I just like to give people advice. It makes me feel like I am a Psychologist without the degree. I guess my advice and answers are helpful, because almost every serious question I answer I get picked for the "Best Answer", so I guess I'm doing something right.

Most of the time it is because I sit at a desk during my shift and answer phones. When the phones are not busy, I am allowed to be on the computer. So here I am.

because i want to share my knowledge, you may think it isnt a real reason, but it is! the other reason is because i like to speak or write in english while im not in a native english country, so yahoo answer is so useful for practicing.
