Would this be implantation bleeding?

About 5 days ago I went to the bathroom and I wiped myself and there was a tiny spot on blood on the toilet paper. My breasts are also very sore. Last friday I thought I had the flu, but no one else has caught it!?
My partner and I have been trying to conceive, and I am 13 days late. But before I always would think I would be pregnant, and end up with a negative pregnancy test.
Did you have similar symptoms?

I have 7 kids. My number 5 kid I spotted in the first few weeks..scared me to death. He is now 9. Take the test!
