Back in October I made the mistake of letting my younger cousin use my computer for about an hour.
After a week of fishing out and getting rid of viruses we ended up having to do a full system restore, and start from scratch.
I was able to delete the old files from the two other users on the computer, however I cannot open nor delete the files from the remaining one.
I've tried disk clean up, defragmenting my computer (its not changing anything) when I try I am told access denied, however I am computer admin and nothing seems to work.
Any suggestions?

Access Denied (assuming you are logged on as an administrator) means that the file is open (ie. probably executing on your computer)
You need to log in usings Safe Mode (press F8 when you turn your computer on until you see a menu thta lets you choose Safe Mode) and then try deleting the file.

Left click on the files or folders and check the properties. Uncheck anything with a check mark and click apply. In most cases you can delete these files or folders.
