When the antismoking regulations were put into effect, there were more of them. I've not seen many lately. Probably because the number of smokers is greatly reduced meaning there are fewer smoking customers to attract. Less $ incentive.

Our state still has public places to smoke, in some towns, not in others, and some say they will defy if it is imposed on their property, I agree it should be a choice, not forced on people
by goverment. who own property and pay tax, and cigarettes are legal to be sold.

No. Smoking in public places is illegal in the state I live in. Prior to that, it was illegal in the city and county I live in.

No, but I know of people that illegally interfere with legal smoking and smokers.
