It was about a doctor and she went to a country town and where they were the people didn't know about medicine ro anything, they thought that the doctor was evil. One day a little girl got bit by a lot of bees and she helped her, but there doctor got angry about it. There doctor believes in home remedies, but I forgot the rest. It is a very old movie it came on tv about 85 or 86

Well, I can tell you it's not Doc Hollywood.. although it sounds similar.. In that one, it's the same deal, doctor (male) ends up having to stay in this rural town where their doctor is not very happy.. and is not that healthy anymore.. but no bees.. there is a child that got into his fathers tobacco.. and the new doc wanted to get him into surgery.. and the "old" doc came in and gave the kid a coke and sent him on his way..
hmm.. I'm coming up with nothing that sounds like a female version of the same thing though..
