Shiver and drink hot cocoa. If you don't like either of those activities, either go somewhere with skiing, or the Bahamas.

Cape Cod is seasonal. Not much to do if you don't have friends and/or family there. You would have to head out of the cape if you want something fun to do in the Winter.

Winter Outdoor Activities
There is less snow and it is a bit warmer that inland. So hiking and bicycling on the Cape’s many trails continues year round. Keep an eye out for a Cape Cod tradition of decorating trees. umm

there isnt much to do since all the "fun" spots close down for the winter. but it is a great opportunity to go to boston or providence on the weekends.
locally, you could also always go to the movies, bowling, or out to lunch or dinner with friends- since the cape does have some of the best restaurants. many bars stay open year- round as well.: "embargo" in hyannis, "sandwich taverna",etc. mashpee commons and the cape cod mall also stay pretty busy for shopping.

Hmm. . .well, not too much. Some places close for the "off-season". You can do some shopping, ice skating. . . .I guess if there isn't much snow you could still follow the bike paths and go along the water, but it would be cold as heck!
