I'm a junior in high school now. I get bad grades, but it's only because I hate doing homework. This is gonna sound reallllyyy pretentious and I'm sure it is, but I feel like its so tedious and pointless. Hah, don't even get me started on this subject.

So what do you think?

Oooo GuitarReaper, someone is a little bit snippy ;D

I don't know any of the criteria for obtaining someone's IQ, so I asked what it would plausibly be =]

You sound just like me, I took a certified IQ test in the 6th grade & I got something around there, (I don't quite remember, but after I took it I got to join MENSA) right now I'm near the same grade as you and am in the same grade situation (homework SUCKS!!!!) It would be the same though, because when you take an IQ test it factors in you age to your amount right to give you your IQ & if you take it again then you may get more right but based on your age your IQ will stay at the same number.

My iq is arround the same and I got it tested in 7th grade as well. The person who tested me said that once you are no longer in elementary school your iq stays areound the same. Just because you dont get good grades doesnt mean your not smart a common trait of a gifted person is getting low grades. You just arent pushed enough to reach your potential.

I did the same thing as you in school. Look, do your homework, life is so much easier without having to try and make up for bad grades.

BTW, your IQ is still at 136

It is tedious and pointless. GPA doesn't measure how smart you are, it measures how much of your life is wasted on homework.

Wait until after college, when the real test is to maintain a good credit score and pay rent/mortgage every month. Now that's fun!

IQ would not unavoidably replace with age (IQs for minors are age-adjusted), so that you shouldn't assume it increasing contained in the destiny. although, this is available for it to advance by ability of operating in the route of issues examined on the IQ attempt like good judgment and spacial diagnosis. the perfect IQ is frequently suggested to be one hundred, so yours is about overall. Congratulations, i wager.

Mine was that same, now it's 124. hehe. It might get lower, but if you have been keeping up your mental strength, it shouldn't change much. Remember, it's not how much you know, it's the way you think.
