I am attending a semi-formal luncheon for my grandparent's anniversary next weekend and have to wear a dress. I am 24 and I'm taller than my husband so I'm looking for something that would look good with flats. Where should I go? I've tried Gap & Kohls and can't find anything. Help! THANK YOU!

Here are a couple links for you:

http://www1.macys.com/catalog/index.ognc?CategoryID=26860&PageID=26860*1*24*-1*-1&kw=Daytime&LinkType=EverGreen

http://shop.nordstrom.com/C/2374331/0~2376776~2374327~2374331?mediumthumbnail=Y&origin=leftnav&pbo=2374327

even if you don't want to pay this much you can get an idea of what you want and try to find it somewhere else.
But, a lot of these dresses are nice in the way that they can be used to go to a formal event or a night out, or even worn to work.
The Nordstrom website offers a "search by fit" on the left side. So if you are straight, pear shaped, etc they will show nice silhouettes for you.

Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft and Banana Republic usually have wonderful dresses this time of year for parties. Also try Macy's and Nordstroms.

I'm 22 and tend to go for a sweater dress or really nice wrap dress. If you want something with flats then go with a long tunic dress. I would try Macy's and Nordstroms due to the variety of dresses they have.
