Put your academic history

Also write a covering letter about what you are applying for and why you are interested in it, and what you could contribute to the movie

HSM3 musical auditions are a frequent question.

Dancing experience, acting experience and singing experience all go on the resume.

Your contact information, what you look like, height, ect.
(sometimes the part could rely solely on your height or haircolour, and it's unfortunate, but welcome to the film industry)

Look up on google for Actor's resume templates.
You'll find some formats to process this information.

Dancing experience,
Singing experience
Acting experience
wether or not you've got an agent and who it is.
ect.

And good luck

>>>P.S.

Trent does not know what he's talking about,
You do NOT put Volunteer work, Academic history,
work experience or hobbies into your resume.
You are not applying for an agent or a job at the supermarket.
Don't put your highschool or grade, don't put that you like to walk your dog, they have 10,000 resumes they need to get through without slothing through unnessecary information.

Look up acting resume templates and you will find what to put into your resume.
Talent resumes are nothing like a work resume in the least.

Trent hasn't got a clue. The next answer was better. Do a web search for "Sample Actor's Resume" and copy the format. Have your parents write the cover letter, a business letter that is brief and just says enclosed are my son's photo and resume for your consideration for any roles he may be suited for. That's it, they are busy and don't have time to wade through the baloney. YOur headshot to enclose should be a professional 8x 10. OH, did anyone tell you unless you are a short drive from LA you are wasting your time?

Sometimes it helps to put yourself in the other person's shoes. What will they be hiring you for? What do they need to know about you for that gig?

At the top of the resume you need to put your name and contact information (phone number or e-mail).

Below that you need to put the most basic information about yourself -- height, weight, hair color, eye color.

Then you want to list your education and experience. What shows have you appeared in? (For each play, name the show, the role you played, and the school or theatre where you performed.) What classes or workshops have you taken? You don't have to go into a huge amount of detail, just enough to let them know how much training you have -- something like "three years ballet (name of school)" or "one year comedy improv (name of school)" or "two years martial arts" or "mime class" or "singing lessons" or anything else you have to offer. Then list any special skills you have -- horseback riding, scuba diving, play piano or violin, fluent in Spanish, whatever.
