No,,you pay the person you bought the item from, within the time they give you to pay them..and you also pay in the method they request.

E-bay is only providing the site that allows people to sell and buy. They do not have anything to do with your transactions UNLESS there is a problem.

The BUYER (you in this case) is responsible to ensure they pay the Seller.

Ebay has no monthly fee
All the buyer pays for is the stuff they want to buy

If you sell something there's a fee

You don't pay E-Bay ANYTHING when you buy something. You pay the SELLER according to whatever terms you and they agree to. Very few offer installment payments.
