I think some have misunderstood your question. I take it you are referring to words in which the "root" or MAIN part is "ceed", but which may also have a prefix. So far as I know there are precisely THREE of these:

exceed, proceed, succeed

Your way of asking WOULD exclude the word "emceed" --past tense of "emcee", meaning "to act as an "emcee", that is "master of ceremonies" originally from the letters "em" and "cee" -- so i assume that's why you asked about the "root". It would similarly rule out the past tense form "glacéed"

If, on the other hand, you simply wanted a RARE word, that ENDS with "ceed", the last one mentioned might suit your needs (though technically that accent mark should be included)

It would be very uncommon indeed. There are suffixes galore available to any paster; but there are no roots because although the word "cede" exists, "ceed" does not.
