Any bread-like food (cracker, bagel, toast) will help absorb your stomach acid and help with the nausea. Bananas also help alot. Try to stay away from anything greasy, as that will only make it worse. If you can't keep food down, drink 1 bottle of gatorade to get some nutrients in your system. Make sure you take your prenatals, even if you can't keep food down, and know that it will likely pass soon. Best of luck!

A few years ago I heard that morning sickness was due to a lack of protein and to take some cheese before you get up. You can put a couple bites by your bed. It will be ok for the night.

Ask your doctor for some medicine, I can't think of the name of it but my doctor gave me some, and look online for "pregnancy pops" they worked for me or you can suck on a pepermint, I know some people that it worked for.

i had to eat a snack at least once an hour, every hour to stave off the nausea. i kept a healthy supply of animal crackers, granola bars, & graham crackers with me at all times.

Google "prego pops." They're Popsicles that seem to help from others I've talked to but you can only get them on line.
