Kosher - no. Rabbits are not kosher.

Halal - depends. The traditional German recipe calls for bacon, red wine and porc blood. But it is possible to cook the dish without those ingredients and then it becomes halal.

If it is just the rabbit, otherwise, the bacon and red wine make it a big no no to Jewish and Muslim eaters!

It depends:

If he was drunk by arak , then its not hala/Kosher
If he was not drinking arak b4 , then its halal/Kosher
