Depends on your country.
Not in any western country, but in countries under Islamic law it's legal for men, but a crime for women.

Not in the USA. BUT, in some countries it is indeed a crime for women....but not for men.

well, in some cases you get the " i just want to be good friends" line from your hand. that might be a crime if charges were pressed. or if you do it with your sleeping neighbors hand. that might be a crime. if you let your dog watch , i dunno if thats a crime...... but it should be
