The only advice I can give is this: When listening to music, go to Settings > Backlight Timer and click on 2 or 5 seconds. Then go to Settings > Brightness and put it on the lowest setting. That way you don't use up as much energy.

If you mean in the long run, it's because the batteries are made of Lithium ion which poses several advantages. The first being it has a very fast charge speed. 80% is charged in a very short period of time and the remaining 20% takes longer. Secondly, it is a very compact, slim, light, durable and is perfect for carrying around. But the only downside is, it doesn't last and is dependent on charge cycles.
Now, if you meant in the short run, it's pretty obvious..why does your cell phone die faster when you talk for 4 hours?

if ur watching videos it will last 3 hours and music wil be 24
