How do ANY employees get paid. Retirement homes are businesses the same as Wal-mart.

It all depends how trust is set up. If payed by social security they will pay them. If you are to pay them I believe the Power of Attorney has to handle that if there is one???? There are so many angles that have to be looked at before making a definite decision. But if it is your parent. The child or children should pay if they really love there parent.
