your personal life should not be dictated by anyone but you. if you are still in love then whats the problem? true love is hard to find and if you have sustained such love while going through a divorce then maybe you need to be open and honest about your feelings with your ex. its possible that she will share your feelings and you can move forward.
you should not allow others to tell you how to love...you will never be happy.

Why would you get married again? You might have not thought about why you divorced in the first place? Its really rare for two people to divorce and it work out all over again...Why would your family die before letting you two get remarried? Because of the heartache and legal crap? Ask yourself those questions

Why should you let anyone stand in the way of true love? Live for yourself and not to please anyone else. I did and have been married for over 10 years now. My mom hated my husband and did everything to keep us apart. Even some members in his family was against him being with me. I wind up getting pregnant young and even then my mom tried to prevent him from seeing his child because we lived under her roof. I made a decision and ventured out on my own, I chose him over it all and I never let him forget. So if you truly love her than go get her and don't let anybody stand in your way. Haven't you heard that true love always prevail!

The 2 of you should do whatever your hearts desire. Do not let family dictate your life. You only get one life as far as we know, so marry her again if you guys are still in love.

Are you two covenant spouses? If so, you are still married to each other in God's eyes, despite what the divorce papers say. God said He hates divorce and Jesus said remarriage is adultery.
If this is your covenant spouse, tell her you love her and you want to be a family again. Forget both families. It's your life, not theirs. If it makes it any easier, move away from both families and start from scratch.

Consider the children first.
That may help give you perspective.
Not sure what your immediate families have to do with your present circumstances but try to heal from the divorce first or you will repeat the mistakes of the past.
Remember those babies !!

Tell her how you feel. and see how she feels, WHO cares what your family thinks or says. If your both in love you should be together. Especially if you have kids together.

Well, perhaps you should ask your families what kind of flowers they would like for their funerals.
