I have dark blonde/light brown hair. It changes alot.
Light Brown eyes.
Really dark eyebrows.
Light Beige skin [like my avatar]
Reddish face.
I'm pretty sure I have yellow undertones.

This is hard to do without a picture. I think you are a spring, or a summer. Answer these questions:
Without makeup,
1] do you look better in plain black, or plain dark brown?
2] do you look better in bright blue, or bright orange?
3] do you look better in silver or gold jewelry?
If you answered yes to all the first ones, you are a COOL.
If you answered yes to all the second ones, you are a WARM.
COOL colors:
white, pink, cherry red, coral, lemon, mint, jade, pine and forest green; sky, royal, smoke, and navy blue, lavender, plum., gray, black, and silver jewelry.

If you look good in bright white (like a white shirt), then you are probably winter or summer. If beige is more your color, then probably spring or fall. Winter and fall colors are more saturated (rich colors). If you can't wear black at all, you are also either spring or fall.
