Recently when driving on the Highway, my BMW shakes when I apply the brakes. Any Ideas?

You'll need:

- a new pair of rotors (OEM standard Brembo ones will do; $50 ea)
- a front set of new brake pads
- one brake wear sensor

Supplies:

- silicone grease
- anti squeal compount
- brake cleaner spray

This is a relatively easy job which the dealer will happily charge you a ton of money for...

You do NOT need to flush your brake system unless your brakes feel spongy (air in system) or if it's time to do a flush anyway (about once in 2 years)...

Probably one or both of the front rotors are warped.
Have them checked for flatness and replace the rotors and pads at the same time if worn.
And completely flush the brake fluid from the system.

Your pads and rotors need replaced.....I have a 3 series and just got mine done. Unfortunately, for all four, it costs about 1,000.00.
