What about single men parents that have custody of their children would they be considered a Mr. mom?

If "Cafe Mom" is a cafe that is open to the public, then whether or not they can legally bar men depends on the laws of your country, and you didn't tell us what country you are in.

In some countries it's illegal for a place of "public accommodation" (which would include a cafe) to discriminate on the grounds of gender. In some countries it isn't illegal, and in some countries it's required by law that cafes be single sex.

I don't know what a Cafe Mom is, but it doesn't sound like a government agency or likely to be receiving federal funds, so it's probably entitled to set membership policies that include some and exclude others.

I think they should make a Cafe Dad site, cause like you said it is discrimatory, but on the same hand, what man in his right mind would start a cafe mom profile

It depends what Cafe Mom is...if it is a public place they can not keep anyone out

Yes, but you would probably be able to get away with it, the Libs would love it, so the ACLU would probably fight to keep it open.
