I'm growing my first bonsai tree and I really don't know much about plants. Today I was checking on them and I noticed that one of the little plants that grew fell out of the seed, is that normal? I'm worried that I killed them already lol. Any advice is welcomed.

If the root of your seedling is still intact, and not broken, it will be fine. Just plant it in the soil. It is normal for it to shed it's seed skin.

I'm guessing the seedling is in soil in which case it is perfectly okay. If you seedling is not in soil it could be a little tricky planting without damaging the seedling because at this stage they are very tender. If you do need to place the seedling in soil then remember to pick it up by it's ears (leaves) and not the neck (stem). If you loose a leave it will regrow, but if you crush the stem it will kill the plant. Poke a hole in the soil and slide the root into the hole and then gently push the soil in around the root.

That is normal. About the same as a chick leaving the egg.
