If you want a paper map, the best place to look for these would be on a National Geographic map. You might look for a map store in your area which will give you a variety of choices.
How big a map are you looking for? Most of the sold maps that show this range of detail are going to show topographical features, perhaps in color or shading and be fairly big.

Any school atlas would be helpful ! Google maps has all kinds of maps including the physical map of USA with all those places , rivers etc. But I think you need to buy Oxford School Atlas.
