That would be up to the State Bar of your state. Their is probably some sort of grievance form or mechanism to get the ball rolling. Look for a website for your state. Just went through this in Durham, NC in the Duke Lacrosse case. DA was disbarred, resigned, kaput.

An individual does not investigate a prosecutor for abuse of power....you don't have that authority.

If the prosecutor is a deputy or assistant to the district attorney you would file your complaint with the district attorney. If you are represented by an attorney then I would have your attorney make the allegation.

If the prosecutor you are concerned about is the district attorney himself/herself then you would file the complaint with the attorney general of your state.

Make sure that your complaint is in written form and has facts that support your allegation. Make sure that your complaint is written intelligently and has no rants or raves about it. Make no threats in your complaint. Stick to the facts and make sure you file a copy of your complaint with your state attorney general as that is the person that has the ultimate authority over the district attorney in determining if a prosecutor has abused their power. I would also copy the State Bar which is the licensing agency for the attorneys in your state.

Demand an appeal. Ask for judicial review, then file greivance and counter. The only catch is if it was a felony. If so say nothing and do your time.

Report him to his boss.

Without even knowing what country you're in, we can't give more detail than that.
