Why? Cause Ron Wood's guitars and Mickey Waller's Drums rock out!
Favorite Song: The First Cut Is The Deepest
Why? Because it's beautiful, and it reminds Me of a girl who crushed my heart like a grape.

I know that would be impossible for you to decide, but I do really like Every Picture Tells a Story, an album full of songs without a clunker, that's really rare these days.
I was also just thinking of a video he did with Jeff Beck called "People Get Ready" I haven't heard or seen that song in ages.

Honestly, to me (and, for me), Rod is as important
as any in my absolute highest fave ever in my life.

So much so that, I spent a good part of a day
several years ago not moving from my keyboard
because I was not going to lose the bid for
"Absolutely Live" (1982) on ebay!!

Muddy Waters, BB King, the Stones, the Zeppelin,
and Rod.

With Jeff Beck (the "Truth" cd is SO enormous for me),
with Woodie (don't let me start!!.."Jodie" I still love ya...)
then onto his "Blondes/Never" albums
("Ain't Love a *****" is so-ever listenable, and
"Dirty Weekend" is one of the greatest of "unknown"
Rock Gems!)...

Half the stuff on "Tonight..." is obsessive rocknroll
for me: "Only A Boy" is guitar-playing heaven,
likewise the guitar solo in "How Long" is note-for-note
bliss...need I go on?

What I'm saying is, it all depends on my mood,
what I'm craving, who I'm with, the setting,
blah, blah...

Gawwwd, could I gush any MORE?????
