its not...it most likely found on countless planets around the universe.

but its a rare thing. think about it, water freezes at 0 C and boils at 100 C. if a planet is too far away from its star any water there will freeze. if its too close it will boil. this region around a star, the area in which liquid water can form is called the habitable zone. its a fairly small region compared to the size of a solar system, so theres a small chance that a planet will exist in the habitable zone.

in our solar system there is only room in the habitable zone for one planet, so theres only one planet in our solar system with liquid water (that we know of, mars could have it under its surface. but its unlikely). we have already found planets around other stars that are in the habitable zone and most likely contain water. these planets are so far away that we have no way of knowing for sure. so earth is not the only place water is found.

All the other planets in our solar system are either too hot or too cold. There is some speculation that Europa (a moon of Jupiter) may have liquid water under its icy surface.

Partly because that's the only place we've been able to look, so far. There may be liquid water on other bodies in the solar system, we just haven't been there yet to check.

it can be found on any planet. it is meaningless to say that on some planet methane or ammonia are in solid state.
as said above the water can be in solid or liquid or gaseous state on planet depending on its position from the respective star !!! as far as the origin of water in this universe is concerned, you must know the origin of universe.
no not the Big Bang.
