Dis youtube video claims to allow you to get out of your body and become a living ghost.

It induces a OOBE or astral projection.

Has anyone tried it yet?

It will not work, an obe comes unexpectedly and is sometimes down right scary, Not something you would want, unless you are totally sold out to the devil.

I don't believe in OOBE but I think it would put you in a nice meditative state.
