15. Granted a complete tax exemption for prepaid or college tuition savings plans.

-Finally ended America being afraid of right wing hypocrites and hatemongers
-Prooved without a doubt that the GOP prefers partisanship over American lives and humanity
-Ended the ruse once and for all that conservatives are more "moral" than normal people.

If he leads by example, I guess we should go on frequent vacations. When we get an inquiry from our boss about something, we claim national security and don't tell the boss anything. You can flub your speeches and nobody should care.
