Does compromising with my husband count=) I do things for him that I don't feel like doing all the time, just to be nice.. But anyway, I always like helping old people when i see them at the store like taking their cart back for them or just saying hi when they look lonely or grouchy=) I had my 2 and 4 year old kids talking to an older man at the store today and he was so happy that he was getting so much attention from them. my 4 year old sang him a song that she learned at school.. LOL

I did a load of laundry, did the dishes, walked the canine, and that i'm nonetheless in mattress! Wait till i arise. there is not any shrink to what i think of i will do. i could help a stranger exchange a flat tire, help an elderly individual around the line, help a toddler with grammar or math issues. O what a astounding day that's!

Yep. In fact, I have a song for the piano called "Let me Give" and it talks about helping those in need each day, whether it be a smile, nod, or some kind deed. The start of the song is I do not know how long I'll live, but well I live, Lord, let me give some comfort to someone in need, by smile or nod or kind word or deed. And let me do, what ever I can to help my fellow man. I want to do my part, to guide, help, understand.

Left out some words but you get the drift of the song.

Actually yes I did. Somebody asked a question in the basketball section mind you about her having an identity crisis and I said a few nice words of encoragement to her if that counts at all.

Well the trolls should leave us alone because we have done nothing to deserve any ill treatment , My random act of kindness was to console someone who was hurtung and they came to me to speak out their troubles I listened to them and let them pour out their heart so they would feel better . sometimes a listening ear and a closed mouth is the best therapy for a broken heart.

Yes. Today at school for a program that I am in I got to miss a couple classes to deliver hundreds of canned goods to different local groups and charities. I was one of six people selected to go.

I don't look at it that way. I don't keep score. If it happens, it happens...that's random. I try to always be kind, but I also tend to be a little blunt....LOL so maybe I did my "random act of bluntness" for the day already?

I carry a large coin in my left pocket which I transfer to my right when I have been helpful. The next morning I start the day with it in my left again..

RANDOM? Why would you even put that word together with kindness?" Have You Done Your Good Deed Today" Is how it goes! And yes I have I just did!
