I love them. The thunder, lightning and rain bring back some of my sweetest memories, walking under a storm near the sea eating ice cream with hubby! I will also never forget that trip aboard a plane with lightning flashing right under my eyes through the small window looking out on that vast dark never ending nothingness out there. It was thrilling, terrifiyng awesome and beautiful at the same time. My eyes were riveted to that scene and I could not bring myself to look away. We flew through that storm for quite a long time, and it seems now looking back that it was like moments cut out of the regular flow of time in my life. That's an experience I'll never forget.

Yes. Very much. I was caught in a thunderstorm in 2001 driving from Key West back to Miami and it was an amazing display of lightning. It was a little scary but I'd never seen anything like it. Will always remember it.

I love thunderstorms. I quit anything I am doing and just sit by the window and watch the rain. The rest of my family hates the rain and all ways complain about it...about getting wet when they have to get out in it. My favorite thing to tell them is that rain won't hurt them..they are not sweet enough to melt.
As for thunder. when it is loud and unexpected it does kind of scare a person. My grandchildren, when staying the night come and climb in bed with me and I tell them that the thunder is just the angels bowling. That brings smiles to their faces and questions like "Grandma, how do the angles bowl in heaven?"

YES! I love them. Unfortunately we don't get many here in Canada (too cold and dry most of the time). We get a few in June, July and August. Not enough, though.
The most spectacular thunderstorm I've ever seen was, oddly enough, in the Middle East.

I love thunderstorms!! I like to watch the lightening and see the movement and intensity of the clouds!!

Yes!!! love them! the sound the lights, the heavy rain and the amazing clean green smell. lol
...The REALY wild and wooly ones make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up tho. Them, Im not so fussed on.

i love thunderstorms. people make fun of me for it. i love just sitting on the fire escape of my apartment and watching the lightning and the rain.

I love them! I live in S. California, so we don't get them very much, but I absolutely love them. Once, in another place I lived in (they only had 8 apartments) all of the electricity went out and everyone lit up candles and we were talking to one another through our doorways! It was fun!
