This is really close but I think that COD4 would come out on top because of the COD history of great online gun game history that it has had in these past few years since COD2 the Big Red One..

I've never played Halo 3 because like my ID (ps3fan) I don't have a Xbox 360 (not that I hate)
But I've seen in a website (I forgot the name of it, SORRY!) that Call of Duty 4 multiplayer is better but I forgot how.
Call of Duty 4 single player though is better than Halo 3 even check Game Informer Magazine or gameinformer.com

Call of Duty is probably the best online experience out there. I've never played Halo, but I saw a vid of it on Youtube and It looked like shyt, so I would say its not as good, its WAY BETTER!
