can you use money order to pay bills or anything over the phone? how about .. the computer? thanks

NO, you can't use a PAPER document to do ANYTHING over the phone or on-line. However you intend to pay for the money order, you can use the same method to pay the bills.

No, you may NOT pay over the phone or online with a money order. It acts just like a check, so you will have to mail it.

No, a money order has to be mailed, since the recipient has to have the paper in their hands to get the money.

A money order is a piece of paper. You must present it either in person of by mail.

Think of a money order more like a check. You need to deposit it or cash it at a bank.
