Yes it is possible depending on ratio of antifreeze(Glycol) to water
Kuntry gu......
You got it a bit ar*e about face the problem is not enough glycol rather than water
50/50 is a good average but we read the instructions which give ratios for certain temps
I find it hard/impossible to believe that staight anti freeze in a car radiator will freeze at Farinheight 52 dg(Freezing 32 + 20)
or if using Celcius this would be 20dg , nearly our summer time peak
Anyway nothing freezes ABOVE zero cos its above Zero

Yes, it is possible. Most automotive antifreeze is designed to be used in a 50/50 mixture with water. With that mix, the antifreeze will be good down to about -30 degrees. If the temp goes below that, it will freeze. However, a lot of people do not mix it correctly, usually not putting enough water in. When there is more antifreeze than water, the temperature at which it will freeze rises, so that if you put only antifreeze in your car (and no water), it will freeze at around 20 degrees ABOVE zero.

Pure anti-freeze will freeze at about -5° F. Water is the catalyst that makes the anti-freeze work. A mixture of 50% anti-freeze and 50% water is usually used, resulting in a freezing point of approximately â40 °F and concentrations of above 70% anti-freeze and 30% water will lower the freezing point to -67° F.
So yes u can freeze it.

Yes anti-freeze can be frozen if it is cold enough. The more water you mix with it, the less cold it will have to be for it to freeze, but even pure undiluted anti-freeze will freeze if it gets cold enough.

Yes, anything on earth or in space can be frozen - everything. The absolute zero temperature of 0 Kelvin or -273 degrees Celsius (-460 degrees Fahrenheit) will have everything in the solid state (ice) - even hydrogen gas.
Problem is to get it to that temperature - you need expensive equipment.

yes., she may have had anit freeze in it, but what level of procection did she have, it will freeze if not set low enough,
if the setting was for 20 deg and it got down to 10 below yes it will freeze

yeah you definitely can, it probably meant that there was too much water in the mixture. cause water can always freeze
