In the state of Alabama the owners of a beagle found her and some sick **** had skinned her alive!!! one other had gotten away with only a cut around her neck. Annie the 3yr.old dog had to be put down due to the suffering. what punnishment do you thing the person who did this horrific act, should face?
I personally think he should suffer the same fate!!!!

Courts do NOT take animal cruelty seriously enough. I cannot tell you how many people I've seen facing criminal charges for serious offenses who, on examination, have turned out to have animal cruelty arrests as kids.
It is a HUGE "coal mine canary" as to future behavior, but too many judges just don't get it, unless it's something truly horrendous like this.
The ten year old who shoots birds with an air rifle, or beats a tied up dog with a stick WILL graduate to beating other kids etc... I see it all the time.

That is gross, i say cover that fool in bar-b-q sauce and throw ito a cage with pitbulls that haven't eatten in 3 days.
