overweight. - plain and simple (unless you are a body bulder and have piles of muscles to account for th eweight.
time to take action if it is excess weight since obesity kills. Obesity and it's complications are now the leading cause of death in america. You need to get total control of what you eat, how much sleep you get, and develop a good pattern of physical activity to drop the weight. Steer clear fo fad diets though - most only give temporary results.
Cut out pop and chips and other starchy (rice, potatoes and pasta) or sugar-laden (candy bars, candy, pies, cakes, cookies, etc) foods. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Lean meat is fine too. Avoid cooking oils and fatty salad dressings extra virgin olive oil is fine though.
Get the optimum sleep every night for your age - somewhere between 7 and 9 hours.
And turn off the TV, video games and other passive entertainment devices, lock the car in the garage and dig out the bicycle, and feel free to avoid elevators. Far better to walk or bike to work or school, use the stairs and go out for walks or to play sports with friends instead of sitting home. Or if you hate team things, try swimming or jogging or any individual activity you prefer. Anything to get yrou breathign hard and pump up yrou heart rate. Note though that none of this has to be extreme, just do it often and keep at ti sand enjoy it. Soon you will not only feel better about yrou physique but will find you have lots more energy and enjoy life more.
Oh, and in 20 years of living healthy you are goint oo be even more pleased you nipped the extra weight thing early before you have heart, respiratory or other medical problems caused by the extra. Besides it is way easier to lose weight when young; as you age the pounds seem to be glued on way too well.

A lot depends on your bone structure and where you are carrying the 202 lbs.
If your average bone structure and not carrying huge muscle mass, I think you could afford to lose about 35 l bs.

Well, I'm a woman, but 5'7" and 138 pounds, and slightly "curvy", so I would think that is a little overweight. My husband is 5'10" and about 154...he is a bit thin, though. I think you should be between 150 and 180. But if you are muscular, you may be ok...

It depends on your bone structure as well, but I think you should weigh about 175. I'm about your size and weight and I know I should lose at least 25-30 lbs.

Google BMI (Body Mass Index). This indicates where you currently stand. When I plugged in 5ft. 8 in. your BMI was 30.7 or obese. 25 to 29.9 is over weight and 18.5 to 24.9 is normal. A weight of 150 puts you in the middle of normal or at 22.8.
Good luck.

i like the Snorlax occasion xD I actually have a tendency to love women human beings that are wide-unfold...regardless of in the event that they seem to be a perfect guy or woman, in the event that they are quite skinny i don't locate them appealing. and that i'm not prepared on extra suitable females. some females seem extra suited whilst they are /somewhat/ overweight, yet for the main area it does not paintings. And muscular women human beings kinda scare me o_O
