Call your states Board of Elections.

They are the ones that monitor the elections.

They have everything. Do a yahoo search for your particular state.

I was able to get everything I ever wanted that way.

Some info is free... some costs from $5 - $20.

This information is normally obtained by the Board of Election Commisioners.
I am not sure if it is public information and readily obtainable.
