I like Huckabee. He seems to be the kind of conservative that mostly matches the way I feel about things. He's a good guy.

Mitt Romney. Mike Huckabee supports the Fair Tax, among other things, which I do not. Romney, on the other hand, made hundreds of millions as a venture capitalist, so understands the economy better than anyone else in the race. He's already turned around major financial disasters associated with the 2002 Olympics and Massachusetts' budget. He didn't even raise taxes, which we can't be sure Huckabee wouldn't do.

If I really really have them as the final option .. and I really really must choose one of them ....

I'd go for Huckabee .. I can trust him much more than Romney.
Romney mudsling his rivals all the time, he doesn't focus on his message rather criticized his fellow candidates.
Huckabee sticks to his guns and have unshakable stance on certain issues like being pro-life & anti-same sex marriage.
Romney changed his mind several times on several occasions. So it's clear, you need someone consistant.

I'm a Dem who is likely to consider another candidate if Hillary gets the nomination. Huckabee is a better person. I may disagree with just about every one of his positions, but at least he is sincere about those positions.

Romney is the ultimate vanilla ice-cream candidate. He will tell anyone what they want to hear. He's a Republican version of John Kerry: Massachusetts. Nice hair. Will tell you whatever you want to hear.

If it comes down to Hillary and one of those two, I will vote for Gore/Obama.

Romney. Huckabee supports amnesty, so he will not get my vote.

How could anyone vote for either one of these clowns? Romney employees illegal aliens and sends American jobs overseas. Huckabee gives illegal alien kids college scholarships and raised taxes many times.
