I know it sounds trite, but when you are drifting off to sleep,
recite one or two positive verses from scripture a couple of
times. This really works. The more you speak the Word of
the Lord, the further you push the devil and his bad dreams
away from you.

Get or make a dream-catcher. That's suppose to keep the bad dreams away. Other than that - remember - dreams are just that - dreams. You can't get mad at people because of what you dream. It's just your sub-conscience pulling alot of memories into one and mixing everything up. It's great that you remember your dreams. Everyone has 3 dreams a night. Try to remember them all and then you can focus on the good ones. When you go to sleep at night put on some good music and focus on something happy. That should do the trick.

Be careful what you eat before bed.
Take sometime before you go to sleep and listen to music you like-whether it be calm music or not.
Talk to your docter about the side effects of these meds. Chances are, they'll know what they can do to help, or might switch you to something that doesn't have this side effect.
About two hours before your bedtime (lol) don't do anything you don't like, or that excites you. For example, don't get on a rollercoaster, and then go home and bed down.
