Well,i will not choose Ricky Steamboat or Ole Anderson since they are a little bit old that this time.
Could options would have been:
The Big Show:Very athletic for his size,big variety of moves,awesome giant and one of the few which knew how to entertain us..I miss him already...
Brock Lesnar:Even if he said some bad things for wrestling and WWE especially,He was a good wrestler,powerfull with high impact moves,involved in good feuds and i really enjoyed his time in the WWE.It would have been awesome if he had returned but i'm not praying for it since he said bad things for the business...
The Rock:He is still young for wrestlingt and he has a lot to offer in the business.I know that he is not willing to return for fulltime wrestling but it would have been one of the best moves that WWE could do to save ratings e.t.c..Great entertainer..one of the best of all time...
Christian Cage:I want to see his strengths in the WWE as well.I always liked him but in TNA he proved himself as a good individual for Heavyweight championships.I think he can offer some good storylines and matches to the WWE as well...
Goldberg:If he had trained his technical ability,then yes.He is a powerhouse and like to see him generally.I believed the hype but he needs to become a little bit more technical just to avoid hurting people accidentally.But yes.it would have been cool return
Lita:My favorite Diva of all time.She brought in the womens league awesome moves and she was so exciting in the ring(not that much in the last years since she was Edge's manager)..I would love to see her back..
Trish Stratus:As well as Trish.She had great amount of charisma,the fans loved her and she can give very entertaining storylines which lack at this time from womens division..
Ultimo Dragon:But he must used the right way.Awesome cruiserweight and if he is going to feud with Rey Mysterio and Jamie Noble would be an outstanding rivalry...and magnificent matches...

Stone Cold is still under WWE contract to make occasional apprearences and WWE films.
I would love to see Steve Blackman back.
