My toshiba is not being charged up by the AC adapter cord. I can't find the problem, what's worse is that the AC adapter keeps clicking. Does anyone know what the problem is and if I can fix it without having to buy a new one (I don't have that much money, but I REALLY need my laptop)

Hi. Clicking may be due to a breaker resetting itself. Not a good sign. Do you have a friend with a similar laptop to try the adapter on?

Check the fusible, if it's burned or damage, buy a new one. It's so cheap. It might cost for 25 cent.
