im 16. im terrified of the doctor. i need 4 shots tomorrow. i understand that. im going for a physical. 1st of all what will happen exactly and what preparations can i make?

I would ask your female relatives (mom, sister or aunt), they can explain fully what will happen & walk you through the process. I would also request a female doc., if you have concerns & your mom, nurse or a trusted adult can be in the room with you. The shots...ask them to be gentle & take a slow deep breath when the administer each shot. It's good not to tense up, this will make it more difficult. You can also request the doc. explain each procedure ahead of time. Also, if he/she uses a medal speculum, ask them to heat it up for you. Hope this helped... :)

shapes & it is all acceptable ( it depends on your genetics).

I'm in no position to tell you what will happen necause I have no crystal ball honey. You should practice being naked 1st. 2nd, practice exposing your naked body to a man. It's just a natural part of life being female ! So get use to it.
